The Beauvais Law Firm, LLC, is the first law firm in Oregon and Washington exclusively dedicated to automobile lemon law and breach of warranty cases. Based in Hillsboro, Oregon, our firm serves consumers who have purchased lemons anywhere in Oregon and Washington. We will travel to your county to litigate your claim. Our goal is to provide clients with a quick relief from their sour lemon experience. The firm is currently the most successful lemon law firm headquartered in the Pacific Northwest and recently received an “A” business rating from the Better Business Bureau.
In 2009, Danielle Beauvais worked with Senator Suzanne Bonamici, Chair of the Oregon State Senate Consumer Protection Committee, to introduce legislation to amend the Oregon Lemon Law to increase the protection of Oregon consumers. Prior to the amendment, the Oregon Lemon was one of the worst in the country. Danielle sat on a senate sub-committee to review each provision of the statute. She also testified in the legislature as to the need of the amendment, opposed by representatives of nine auto and RV manufacturers. In June 2009, the amended lemon law went into effect. As a result, more cases now qualify for the Lemon Law, and finance charges are added to any refund given to consumers.
